Casa di Pi was a wonderful place to stay in Cagliari. We stayed 6 nights starting on August 28, 2015. The Owner, Pierpaulo and his partner Chiara, could not have been better hosts. They were waiting out in the street for us ( tired from a long flight), and had wine and Sardininian sweets for us in the kitchen. They provided a beach umbrella and beach towels for our stay and made great recommendations for places to eat and shop for food.
The apartment was spotlessly clean and well appointed. It was the owner's previous personal apartment and was full of lovely art, woven rugs and lace curtains. The full kitchen was great and had an exterior ventilation system so you could REALLY cook.
The bathroom was large and very nice and had a washing machine that also dried the clothes. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well which was important as it was hot when we stayed.
A super-plus was that we were able to park our car in a gated courtyard...
