Individual key locked bike room and storage area available in summer or Ski room and storage area in winter, with private access. Sheets, Towels, Blankets, and a 0,5L bottle of natural water are provided for each person. One roll of toilet paper is always available. Soap and shower gel are available for immediate needs. Private covered garage is available at a cost of 5 euro per day. Parking in the courtyard is always available for FREE. Wi-Fi is free. 2 minute walk to reach Cretaz ski slopes. 1-2 minute walk to reach the downtown pedestrian area with shops and services. The farthest location from the apartment is the church, just a 4-5 minute walk. Ideal for those who want to stay in the heart of Cervinia, a few steps from the shops, the ski slopes, and the golf club. Located on a street with restricted access for residents only, the apartment is very quiet and has a great view of the mountains. Less than two hundred meters from the apartment you can find: ski slopes with chairlifts that connect to all systems of Cervinia, Zermatt and Valtournenche, skating rink, cross-country skiing, shops and sporting goods and rental skis and equipment, grocery stores, boutiques, restaurants at various price levels, pizzerias, discos, bars, pubs, bank, pharmacy, ATM, post office, church, ski schools, free outdoor parking, doctor's office.
