Bellissimo appartamento: pulitissimo, comodo, luminoso e veramente confortevole. Abbiamo trascorso quattro giorni davvero indimenticabili, per una famiglia di 5 persone non é facile trovare un buon posto dove soggiornare ma qui siamo rimasti pienamente soddisfatti. Tutti i confort possibili e collegamenti comodissimi con il centro. Un ringraziamento di cuore ai proprietari, che oltre ad averci trattati benissimo, consigliandoci i migliori luoghi e mostre da visitare, ci hanno fatti sentire a casa.

Tolle Unterkunft, nette Gastgeber, gerne wieder!!
Wir haben die Wohnung bereits das zweite Mal gemietet. Durch die zwei Badezimmer ist die Wohnung, wie auch in unserem Fall, hervorragend geeignet für befreundete Pärchen. Auch Familein sind hier sicher gut untergebracht.
Die Wohnung verfügt über Alles was man für einen Ferienaufenthalt benötigt und ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Auch die Lage der Wohnung ist, durch die Anbindung an die Strassenbahn, optimal. Da der Einstieg in die Strassenbahn an einer Endhaltestelle erfolgt, ist auch ein Sitzplatz für die ca. 15 minütige Fahrt nach Trastevere garantiert ;-))
Die Vermieter waren, wie auch schon beim letzten Mal, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben uns mit vielen Tips und Infos versorgt. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür!
Unser Fazit ist, dass wir bei unserem nächsten Aufthalt in Rom ganz sicher wieder diese Unterkunft wählen werden.

Auch dieses Mal perfekt!
Wir waren schon zum 2. Mal Gäste von Kerstin, diesmal allerdings im großen Appartement. Auch hier bleiben keine Wünsche offen! Viel Platz, alles sauber und funktionsfähig - in unserem Falle: Wichtig die Heizung, denn Ende April kann es schon nochmal kühl werden in Rom!
Kerstin war super hilfsbereit und die gesamte Abwicklung einfach und unkompliziert.
Klasse ist, dass sowohl das eigene Auto, wie auch der geliehene Roller einen sicheren Stellplatz, direkt vor der Wohnungstür haben.
Mit der Tram in 100 Meter Entfernung kommt man direkt ins Zentrum von Rom - bequemer geht es einfach nicht! Wir kommen wieder! Vielen Dank, Kerstin!

A "peaceful haven" close to all the sights
We searched for a place near Rome's historical sights and attractions and also wanted somewhere with decent travel links into the city. This place ticked all the boxes.
1 min walk to the tram terminal and a 30 min ride into the Piazza Venezia (where you can easily walk or use the public transport to get around). We walked mostly and could get to the Vatican in about another 30 mins from here for instance.
The property is situated in a gated private area and is very quiet and a nice welcome home after the noise of Central Rome. It was very spacious with a double bedroom, a twin room for our kids (each with its own bathroom/shower), a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room. It also has a small courtyard if you want to eat "al fresco". Little extras like a desktop PC (though we didn't use it) TV and DVD player are all there for the evenings, free wifi - useful for looking up what to do/booking advance tickets etc...
Our hosts, Kirsten and Marco were most welcoming and looked after us extremely well. Nothing was too much effort and we took advantage of the Ciampino airport transfer service for €30 each way which seemed like a much easier idea (Fiumicino airport is a bit closer). Kirsten even helped us hire a car for a day and took us to the shops for supplies when we arrived. We can't thank them enough for making our trip to one of the most iconic cities in the world that little bit more special.
Oh, one little thing some people may not be are of. There is currently a "tax" levied by the city mayor of €3.50 per day per adult. We were not aware of this prior to our trip and it is worth noting/budgeting for with your spending money. I imagine Marco would speak to you about it when you get there, he fills the form out and collects this.
Also, if it is important, the property is on the ground floor with two steps up but down a driveway slope. Other than that, fairly accessible.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Mons Aureus, we loved it.

Nous venons de passer des vacances très agréables dans cet appartement très propre et confortable pour 4 personnes ( 2 vraies chambres et 2 salles de bains), Nous avons apprécié le patio ombragé permettant de prendre ses repas en écoutant le chant des cigales perchées dans les grands pins de la villa. L'appartement est proche du terminus de la ligne 8 du tramway qui va directement à la place Venezzia après avoir traversé le quartier très animé de Trastevere, et d'autres lignes permettent de se rendre facilement au Vatican par exemple ou en correspondance avec la ligne A du metro. Seul regret, d'avoir découvert trop tard l'immense parc public Pamphili, endroit idéal pour la détente, mais il y a tant à voir à Rome ! Saluons Kerstin et Marco, vraiment très accueillants, disponibles et de bon conseil (en langue française de plus) pour faciliter notre séjour. Bref, une adresse à recommander. Amitiés.

hospitalité, confort, bien situé
Nous sommes trés heureux de notre séjour . Nous n'avions encore jamais eu un tel accueil,proposition d'un kit de démarrage (sel, vinaigre, huile.....), Kesrtin voulait nous accompagner pour nous montrer où se trouvait les commerces. Si nous n'avions pas été 5, elle nous aurait accompagné au Vatican. la maison est trés bien placé avec une ligne d'autobus à proximité qui nous mettait en centre ville. L'appartement est trés agréable et bien équipé. Nous avions oublié la carte d'identité de l'un de nos enfants..... Kerstin et Marco ont eu l'immense gentillesse de nous l'envoyer gracieusement en recommandé. Si nous retournons un jour à Rome, nous retournerons sans hésiter chez eux.

Comme à la maison, mais à Rome!
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement spacieux tout près de la station de Tram vers le centre de Rome un un court trajet de Bus vers la Vatican. L'accueil des propriétaires est absolument remarquable. Ils ont tout mis en place pour faire de ce séjour une réussite. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez-nous, avec tout le confort auquel on pourrait s'attendre. Il n'y avait rien de mieux, après une longue journée à visiter Rome, que de revenir dans ce paisible environnement pour cuisiner de bons petits plats maison et manger sur la terrasse privée. L'appartement est très frais et confortable, même lors de plus chauds jours d'été. Ce logement est un élément clé du succès de notre voyage à Rome.

Relax e cultura
Ho prenotato in questa struttura per far soggiornare i miei zii e mia cugina di fuori Roma.
Siamo rimasti tutti estremamente soddisfatti della scelta , in quanto il centro di Roma è facilmente raggiungibile con il tram 8, e io, che ho fatto da Cicerone, ho potuto lasciare la mia macchina all'interno della villa, gratuitamente e al sicuro.
L'appartamento è spazioso e ben equipaggiato. Complimenti alla pulizia dell'appartamento.
I miei parenti sono rimasti estasiati dalla tranquillità del posto e dal verde (a due passi c'è Villa Pamphili) e mi hanno confermato di voler tornare qui la prossima volta che intenderanno farmi visita.
