The best restaurants, bars and shops in town around the corner. The Space This new and fresh 65m2 (650 sq. ft aprox.) apartment is located in the most central point of the city. Bonaire street is a hidden jewel in the most central and desirable part of the city center but it is a quiet pedestrian street with lots of style and a glamorous allure. The main commercial street starts a 100 meters from our place, with the best shops and department stores in town. There are great restaurants, bars, museums and monuments just a few steps away from your door. Grocery stores and bakeries are also very nearby. The Turia river park...The best location in the city. The Turia river park is a few minutes walk amd buses to all main attractions to the city, like City of the Arts, port and beaches are around the corner. There are also rental bike businesses in the neighborhood. The interior of the apartment has been completely renovated and refurnished. There is a double bedroom with a queen size bed (150 cms.) and an en-suite bathroom, a small second bedroom with a single bed and a spacious living area with a fully fitted open kitchen and dining area. The apartment is very quiet since there is only pedestrian traffic on the street. The apartment has a fast and secure internet connection. It is not shared with anyone else. The exterior of the building is from the beginning of the 20th century but it has been renovated. The entrance is secure with a buzzer-intercom and a security lock. To access the apartment you have to walk up to a third floor, but the stairs are wide and easy. The apartment has heating and air conditioning and a good insulation. The air conditioning for the summer is not included in our listed price and it will have an extra charge of 10 euros a day to cover for the extra utility expenses if you wish to have access. The connections with public transportation are excellent. From the airport take metro line direct to metro station Colon and then walk for 2 minutes. If you are arriving by train to Joaquin Sorolla station you can take direct buses 9, 70 and 72. From the train station Norte you can just walk along the city center and reach the apartment in 10 minutes. We aim to make your stay in Valencia very comfortable and live close. If there is anything you might need, we can deliver it to you in about 10 minutes. The apartment is kept extremely clean for your enjoyment. Nice place, good value for money. Aproximatly 500 meters from the center of the old town. The hostess was kind and at our service.
