Spacious one bedroom apartment in one of Madrid´s most sought after areas, just a stroll away from the Plaza España, Royal Palace and Egyptian Templo de Debod, aswell as being right by Princesa for shopping. The apartment is located in a renovated late nineteenth century building with a listed façade and has two balconies looking out onto Ferraz, one of the city´s main thoroughfares leading into the Plaza España. It´s a lively street during the day, yet quiet and safe at night. The apartment aims to provide comfort combined with a personal touch, using a mixture of vintage and modern furnishings. You won´t feel short of space here either, the sunny 24 sq metre (260 sq ft) lounge has an area for relaxing, an area for eating and a wi-fi work corner with a desk for your laptop. A perfect walk is down Ferraz, past the Templo de Debod, Plaza España, left at the Royal ...
