Guests will find traditional Spanish restaurants as well as plenty of varied food from all around the world, reflect off the cosmopolitan neighbourhood of Lavapies. ##Transit The apartment is located at 150M from the metro station Antón Martin. From the airport, you can either take a private mode of transport like the taxi, or choose for the subway option: you can take the metro 8 from the airport, change at the Stop 'Nuevos Ministerios' to take the 10 until Tribunal and finally the number 1 until Antón Martin. You just have to walk 3 minutes now to head to the flat. ##Notes Thank you for your interest in my apartment! To offer you and all our guests a pleasant stay please consider the following: -The flat capacity is for 4 people. No additional guests allowed. There is a double sofa bed in the living room. -Please note there is no elevator in the building. There is a staircase for access. -Check-in time is at 3pm or later. -Check out time is 11am or earlier. -Please, no smoking inside the flat. -No pets allowed. -Please respect the neighbours. No loud noises after 10 pm. -No parties or events allowed. -Please respect the house and the people who live in the building. -Guests will be required to present valid IDs at the time of check-in for registration to the Spanish security authorities. -You may occasionally hear noise from neighbouring apartments, as most buildings in Madrid aren’t soundproofed! City tax Tourists are required to pay a daily fee of €0.90 per person towards the city tax. The fee applies only for the first seven days. Children up to 17 years old do not need to pay.
