Ideal for enjoying Barcelona with friends, family or even for business! This apartment is in compliance with the law being professionally managed by our family business ES-FLATS (Aurélie & Eberhard), we check the flat before and after each stay and manage cleaning and maintenance with a professional team. We have all the oficial licences and insurances required to exercise the touristic rental, which is mandatory in Catalunya. This beautiful and bright exclusive flat is located in front of the sea, 250 meters to the beach (3 minutes walking). It is right next to the congress center CCIB, 800 meters (10 minutes walking) and 500 meters to the famous shopping mall Diagonal Mar ( 7 minutes walking). You will enjoy it’s 2 terraces. There are 4 quiet and bright bedrooms, one “en suite” with a double bed and his own bathroom with bath and wc, and 3 with twins beds, which can be prepare as double bed upon request, there is a 2d bathroom with shower and wc, a spacious dining and living room with direct access to the terrace where you can eat outside, a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The flat is located in the 1st floor with lift. Easy access by subway, city buses and tramway: Metro L4 - yellow line: Selva de Mar Bus H16: Pg Taulat – Pronvençals Tram T4: Selva de mar It takes between 20 and 30 minutes by taxi from /to the airport and 15 min to the historic centre. We keep trying to be as much as possible “eco friendly”, so please help us to take care of the environment. We offer to our guests an individual and personalised service, starting from the upstream communication, the arrival onsite and during the stay, until the departure. We reply to all your questions in few hours and always do our best to fulfil your needs. After booking, you will receive a list of extra services such as Airport pick up, fridge stocking, activities, entrance to monuments… and you will have the possibility to book it in advance in order to enjoy the maximum of your stay. For the ones who come by car, we have agreements with most of the parkings around offering you the best prices to let your car in a safe place. We speak fluently 4 languages, English, French, German and Spanish, which is a big advantage to communicate and exchange information. We welcome our guests personally upon arrival; we give them information about the surrounding, some advices and a map of the city and the public transportation. We adapt the check-in to your arrival time when it is possible; note that all check-in after 20:30 will be charged 40EUR extra. We also have agreements with many luggages storage in the city, do not hesitate to let us know in case you need it. We can put baby cot at disposal upon request (free of charge). We are reachable 24/7 and do our best to ensure you a pleasant and relaxing stay, please let us know at the moment when you have a question, issue or doubt, we would be delighted to assist you strait away and avoid eventual bad reviews afterwards for something which could have been resolved during your stay. Since the 1st of April 2017 the city tax rate is: 2,50EUR / person / night, we kindly ask you to prepare the corresponding amount in cash, to give at the check in. PS: This tax is applicable to the persons older than 17 years and only for the 7th first nights. Corporate social responsibility: One part of our profit is donated to Doctors Without Borders and Help Children (Aldees Infantils SOS) House rules: Smoking allowed on terrace only. As part of a residence you have to show your passport at arrival. When you leave the flat please always check that the air condition and lights are switched off and that the doors and windows are closed. Open window means no air condition switched on ;-) Because we respect our neighbours, no parties are allowed and we expect a responsible behaviour especially on arrival and departure, lift use, staircase and public areas.
