From the entrance there is a comfortable staircase leading to the mezzanine, where there is the second bedroom with two single beds measuring 90 x 200 cm and a full bathroom. In the dining room there is a sofa bed for two, which we will use only for one person. The television is 49 inches, connected to the internet as it is a smart TV. There is an Ethernet connection for those who need a more stable connection during their stay. The rehabilitation of the building has conserved and emphasized the defining elements of the building, modernizing its services and facilities. The hydraulic floors are recovered from the old houses of the building and relocated in the common areas of the building. A large elevator has been installed and adapted to wheelchair users, which connects all the floors of the building (including the roof). The interior of the apartments of our building have been designed so that the acoustic and thermal comfort conditions are the best. Energy savings have also been taken into account, installing a highly efficient hot water production system. The qualities inside the homes is high. The floors of the living rooms and bedrooms are wooden floorboards to make them warmer in winter and fresh in summer. The bathrooms have large showers, glass screens and heated towel racks. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and utensils to cook almost anything. It has a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and smoke extraction hood. The building is on Calle Lanza, in the Santa Catalina Seville's historic center.
