Our private apartment is located in Sainte Maxime, the heart of the Gulf of Sainte-Tropez. The apartment of 150 m2 (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and big living room) is nicely decorated and has a sunny garden of 1500 m2 with private swimming pool. You have all the luxury and privacy you need with a lounge place at the swimming pool and dining place at the terras. You will have your own entry and secured parking. The Beach La Nartelle is only 500 meters (walking distance) from the house and the city centre is very close by (5 minutes by car). More information: Spacious apartment with all the privacy you need, consisting the ground floor part, with separate entrance, its own living and dining area, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry room and spacious hall. All 3 bedrooms, as well as the livings, have their own balcony, terrace or garden with open doors. The apartment is nicely styled with all the luxury you need, like comfortable beds, children seats and toys, All TV channels, WIFI, electric gate, 3 parking places inside the gate, bbq, CD recorders and petanque. The apartment is sunny due to the fact that all rooms have open doors to the garden. There is a lovely swimming pool 8 x 4m., situated in a large enclosed garden. The villa is only 500 meters (walking distance!!) from the beach of La Nartelle with it's sandy beaches, sun beds and very cozy and good restaurants by the sea. In the summer you will find a small supermarket only 5 minutes walking from the house with every day fresh bread. The owner & Chef Caspar Burgi, known from different television programs, is at your service to cook the most fantastic meals during your stay. He is known for cooking with organic and seasonable products and is able to cook the most incredible meals at the BBQ. Whether you'd like to have breakfast, lunch, diner or a picknick everything is possible. It is even possible to start your vacation with a nice fridge filled with great goods for your first day! Just let us know if you'd like to have all the privacy you need or would like to enjoy our extra services. Near by the villa is a bus stop to bring you anywhere and the distance to the charming and lively town center of Sainte Maxime, with daily evening Provencal markets, is about 5 car-minutes. We are happy to tell you all nice places to go to. The apartment is as following: entrance, spacious living room with sitting and dining area, flat – screen TV, half open kitchen with large fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave-oven, coffee maker etc. There is a large storage room with washing machine. The 1st bedroom is very large and has 2 single beds (90x2m), a double sofa bed and a wardrobe. There are patio doors to the terrace at the back side. The first bathroom is located near this room and is equipped with a toilet, shower and double sink. Bedroom 2 is located on the front side of the villa and has a double bed (1.80 x 2m), a dressoir, a wardrobe and patio doors to the side garden. The 3rd bedroom, with 2 single beds ( 90x2m ) is located at the backside of the villa and has a fixed closet and also patio doors to the garden/terrace. Between these two bedrooms you can find the second bathroom with bath, toilet en washbasin. Our house has many kids facilities. A real treat

We spent a long weekend there in May the villa is spacious with great kitchen facilities and really tranquil. The outdoor space is amazing but we were unfortunate as it rained all weekend! It’s all about the outside with this property. Wonderful spot to chill...More

Perfectly friendly for pets and beach nearby, also good access for less mobile people.

The location is amazing- beach close by, walking distance. Rooms very nicely decorated.Great for friends and family gathering. Beautiful located pool surrounded by trees; lazy chairs available.

About the neighbourhood
Sainte Maxime is a very pleasant town. The city has wonderful beaches, a lively center every Friday morning a large market and organizes many events. We ourselves love restaurant La Reserve. Delicious cuisine and a nice place to dine long. Sainte-Maxime has both an urban beach as an elongated beach with several beach bars that La Nartelle hot. They also say that this is one of the most beautiful beaches of southern France. From the port of Sainte-Maxime you (bateau vert) the boat and grab you 15 minutes in Saint-Tropez. Through the tourism office you can see all events for the entire year.
Getting around
A car is handy to have in southern France, but if this really is not necessary, you can also take the bus which stops not far from our house.
