This 4 bedroom and 4 bathroom flat, designed for the demanding rental market, is a real rarity in Cannes The disposition of the flat is really perfect, with living room and open kitchen in the center, and all 4 bedrooms in each opposite ends of the livingroom. For each bedroom you will have en-suite bathroom. We have designed it to feels like a 4-star hotel with all the comfort you would expect. Brand new double glazing windows will, for sure, keep any street and city noise out, but as there is no heavy traffic in this narrow street anyway, you can be assured, that this is one of the most quite places to stay in the city of Cannes. We have paid a lot of attention to well functioning air-condition, in all bedrooms, of course, and in the living room. Further, using the black-out curtains and the A/C in combination, you will be sure to have a nice cooled down flat during the hot summers in Cannes. The bathrooms are designed for maximum comfort, including small hand showers next to each toilet. Both the professional clients and private guests will surely appreciate the fast Wifi, with fiber bandwidth and 100+ TV-channels, many international, like CNN and BBC. Whereas the dining table is perfect for private clients during their vacation, maybe the business clients will prefer to use the living room and dining table as a meeting room / meeting table. We thought about that also, so our configuration is flexible to accommodate both situations, and we have designed it so that when used as an office/meeting room, the flat TV becomes a screen for PC projection and even our beautiful chandelier lamp, which adorn the living room, is hanging precisely so high, that it will not interfere with the projection. This is just another advantage of this flat, which enjoys a ceiling height of almost 4 meters. With the many high windows, the flat is very luminous. Outside on the balcony, which spans the entire width of the apartment building, some 7 meters long and 1 meters wide, you will be able to profit form a sideways view to the Mediterranean sea. Perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, or you can take delight of some cocktails for the French style 'apéro' in the evening, taking fully in, that wonderful and truly unique Mediteranean atmosphere. Parking can easily be arranged (at extra cost) in the shopping mall Gray d'Albion, located right across the street. You will have less than 1 min walk from garage to flat.
