Situated on the 3rd floor ( with lift and stairs ) in a prestigious, recently constructed residency on leafy Blvd Albert Premier, close to the Old Town and only yards from the promenade and beach, this highly desirable modern apartment is tastefully furnished and fitted throughout to the highest standards. It is the ideal holiday home for families and friends to enjoy the beaches and all the amenities of Antibes.

The spacious living area includes two large sofas, (seating six adults comfortably), a large flat screen TV which receives English TV and radio channels and a good size dining table with four chairs. Rental prices are quoted in sterling. Payment may also be accepted in euros (contact us for a quote).

Payment is preferred by bank transfer although we will consider suitable alternatives if necessary.

A booking is secured on payment of an initial deposit of 25% and the balance of the rental is due 8 weeks before the holiday start date. Bookings made within 8 weeks of the start date will need to be paid in full, in advance.

The rental price includes electricity, water, bed linen and the end of stay clean - although it is a requirement that the apartment is left in a reasonable clean and tidy condition on departure.

Towels for use in the apartment are not included in the rental price but may be hired as an optional extra at 10 euros a set per week (one bath and one hand towel a set).

A security deposit of £200 or 250 EUR is required to cover against damage, lost keys or the apartment not being left in a reasonable condition.

Antibes is located between Cannes and Nice in the heart of the French Riviera and has a special charm and character of its own. The Old Town, which dates back to the fourth century b.c. consists of a maze of narrow streets, alleys and public squares brimming with cafes, bars, restaurants ,shops and markets. Port Vauban, which provides a resting place to many of the worlds largest superyachts is well worth a look. There are numerous clean, sandy beaches which are rated amongst the best and most popular in the South of France.

Juan les Pins ( a modern holiday resort ) is also close by and although it is best enjoyed between Easter time and the autumn it offers sandy beaches, bars, restaurants and a vibrant nightlife.
