Large, stylish and excellently maintained

Superb apartment in a good location - 15 minutes stroll to the centre, but at least 5 good and attractive restaurants 5 minutes away. A very considerate host, who mitigated the amazingly expensive taxi fares in Ajaccio. There were only 2 of us; but 4 guests would still have been very comfortable.

Great spot for visiting Ajaccio

Comfy apartment ideally situated for town centre and sea front. Sunny veranda with fabulous mountain views.

Superbe location.Propriétaires attentifs et sympathiques.

Il faudrait être difficile pour ne pas mettre un avis très positif ! La situation (proche plage et commerce mais néanmoins au calme). Le logement (joliment decoré, moderne,propre, spacieux, très bien équipé, fonctionnel), la vue, le soleil... tout quoi ! J ai lu qqs commentaires assez tatillons dernièrement alors svp n en tenez pas compte il y aura tjs des personnes éternellement insatisfaites !! Pour nous le séjour était parfait. Durant notre séjour la machine à laver est tombée en panne. Celle-ci a été remplacée en 24 h ! Service exceptionnel, non ?!! Pour finir, sachez que nous avons mangé à chaque repas sur la terrasse. Celle-ci est tout à fait utilisable même par grosses chaleurs et ce grâce au store électrique récemment installé. Merci encore. Nous n.oublierons pas notre merveilleux séjour en.Corse.

BON SEJOUR

POSITIF : Proximité de la mer et de la ville. Propreté irréprochable du lieux. Gentillesse des propriétaires. Tout les ustensiles nécessaires pour cuisiner. WIFI. Calme. Petite vue mer. NÉGATIF : Attention escalier pour accéder au logement. Escalier intérieur pas sécurisé, se tenir aux murs. Manque de lampes de chevet. Manque crucial de penderies, impossibilité de défaire complètement ses valises. Une VMC serait bien venue dans la salle de bain du haut.Terrasse plein sud donc inutilisable par forte chaleur. Tout cela a été signalé lors de notre départ et les propriétaires en ont pris note.

Bonjour, je prends effectivement note de vos remarques. Ceci dit, je trouve le ratio points positifs/points négatifs un peu sévère... Nous nous efforçons, chaque année, d'apporter les améliorations nécessaires en fonction des remarques constructives de nos locataires. Pour autant, la terrasse restera plein sud, et oui, en Corse au mois de juillet, il peut faire chaud. En général, les touristes y viennent même pour ça... Compte tenu des travaux importants que nous avons réalisés cette année pour la rendre la plus accueillante possible, je trouve la critique un peu forte. De même pour les penderies : certes, une des chambres n'en dispose pas (juste une commode), mais une est disponible à proximité de la douche du premier, vous ne l'avez pas utilisée... Nous avons, de plus, trouvé une solution qui sera appliquée rapidement, nous vous en avons fait part. Cordialement,

Great stay in Ajaccio

we really enjoyed our stay in this place. this place is very well located and peaceful. it s very clean, modern and very enjoyable ! The owners thought about everything, a lot of electric appliances, with air conditionning and tea and coffee and cupboard essentials were left for our convenience. they are also very welcoming and make you feel at home. we would recommend this stay to our friends

Great apartment and host

Excellent apartment, modern with a lovely terrace and view. A genuine 15 minute walk into Ajaccio to numerous restaurants and shops. Supermarket and bakery 5 minutes. We started without a car and then hired one for our last four days - if you want to see the best of the scenery a car is definitely required. A great service by owner Frederuic, he even picked us up from the airport. We mailed hime two or three times during the week with queries and he was quick in replying and enthusiastic to help. After a day out we always looked forward to going 'home', probably the best complement we can give.

Perfect family vacation!!!

We are a family of 4 (2 boys aged 10 and 7) and this was our first time visiting Corsica. We booked the apartment for 1 week and decided to make it our base for the week and explore the island by car. The house is about 20min from the airport and very easy to find. Upon arrival, Frederic waited for us with the keys and showed us around. We found it exceptionally clean, simply and beautifully decorated and has absolutely everything you need. The view from the terrace is magnificent. The distance to the beach and grocery stores is about 2 blocks. The apartment is located right across a tennis club which we didn't know when we booked, but was great for us because we all play tennis. Distance to city center-5 driving min or 15min walk along the beach. Frederic was the nicest host. He was ready to help us with anything we needed and speaks perfect english. He suggested and even made a reservation for us on the first night we arrived. We loved our stay and would definitely return.

Great place. Highly recommend. We will be back.

This place is a perfect home base for your stay in Corsica. Ajaccio is a great city to explore Corsica and this apartment is walking distance to cafes, shopping, parks and beaches. The apartment is modern and well-appointed. It had everything we needed to stay for five days. Frederic was a gracious host who met us on our arrival and wished us goodbye upon departure.

Flawless holiday in Ajaccio

We had a splendid time in this flat this past summer. Ajaccio is a charming place to visit, with a perfectly balanced franco-mediterranean flavour. The flat is even better. Very recently refurbished with all the amenities you could wish for: two bathrooms, dish-washer, washing machine, air-conditioning etc. Further, it couldn't be better situated. The beach is a couple of blocks away. Delicious ice-cream available practically next door, supermarket next to the beach, as well a boulangerie and a fromagerie. Last but not least, the owner Frederic and his wife could not be more friendly and accomodating. We can really recommend this place, especially if you travel with small children as we did.
