The kitchen is open plan with the dining and lounge space. This features two large, comfortable leather sofas and a dining table suitable for six. The walnut flooring, neutral décor and newly installed lighting complete this welcoming space. The lower floor also includes a convenient WC. From the shared hallway there is access to a well-kept outside terrace space with seating areas. The upper floor consists of two bedrooms and a separate bathroom. The master bedroom is luxuriously appointed room with its own en-suite shower room. This is newly installed and includes a generous 1200mm wide shower enclosure. The adjacent second bedroom contains two single beds, although these can be joined to form an extra wide double. Both bedrooms include ample newly installed built-in wardrobe space. The bathroom contains a bath with shower over. The apartment can sleep up to 6 with the use of the sofa bed in the lounge. The property is located within walking distance of many of Glasgow's sights such as George Square, Glasgow Green, GOMA, The Lighthouse and the University of Strathclyde. Other areas of the city are easily reached using the local train services or subway, with stations within a 5 minute walk. It is perfectly located to enjoy all that the vibrant Merchant City has to offer with pavement cafes, delicatessens, restaurants and boutique shops on the doorstep. Glasgow is one of the UK's most popular shopping destinations and the main shopping areas of Argyle Street, Buchanan Street, Princes Square, St. Enoch Centre and Buchanan Galleries can all be reached on foot. These offer a mix of high street favorites and more niche independent stores. If you are taking in an event during your visit you will be within walking distance of the Royal Concert Halls, O2 ABC, The Barrowlands, City Halls, The Old Fruitmarket, Briggait and the Tron Theatre. The SSE Hydro, SECC, O2 Academy, Emirates Arena, Sir Chris Hoy Velodrome and Hampden Park can all be reached by local public transport in less than 30 minutes, or via a short taxi ride.More

We were two couples travelling together and this apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs was ideal. It also had a well appointed kitchen, spacious lounge and a 3rd toilet downstairs. The central location was handy.

Only a few blocks from both train Stations. Urban location with shopping, restaurants and pubs. Well equipped and very comfortable. Owner kindly let us check in early.

The airport bus service drops off near Queen Street station (~30 minutes journey) and there is also a taxi rank outside the station. Local transport within walking distance includes Argyle Street station and St Enoch and Buchanan Street Subway stations. Glasgow also has an extensive bus network. Left luggage facilities are available at Buchanan Bus Station and Central Train station should you arrive / depart out with check-in / check-out times.
