Impressive, newly refurbished and modernised, traditional 3 bedroom apartment in the heart of Glasgow's west end ( literally seconds from the cosmopolitan Byres Road) , directly opposite Hillhead Underground station for ultimate travel convenience. The flat is situated on the second floor of a traditional Glasgow tenement building which is made from sandstone and has sash & casement windows and original pine flooring. sleeps 6 people (it has 3 large double bedrooms) and comes fully modernised but retaining a traditional feel and comes furnished and fully equipped for a short or long stay. The flat has a combination gas boiler for heating and constant hot water. The bedrooms are decorated in a luxurious manner and furnished for comfort and enjoyment. Glasgow University, Kelvingrove Art Galleries and Museum, Kelvingrove Park and Glasgow Botanic Gardens are all within easy walking distance of the apartment. Other nearby attractions include the Riverside Museum and the Glasgow SSE Hydro and The Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre which are two of the main venues for the Commonwealth games , as well as venues for major music and theatre events . The postcode of the apartment is G12 9BS and is in the heart of the West End, the best place to be in Glasgow. The area has numerous bars, restaurants, public transport links ( subway, bus, train) providing fast commuter access to Glasgow City Centre (in less than 15 minutes). The apartment is ideal if you are looking for a good alternative to hotel accommodation - for periods of 3 nights to 5 months - while travelling to Glasgow, on holiday, on a business trip, temporary placement or temporarily accommodation while you relocate to Glasgow to live. An excellent apartment with everything you need within steps! Would stay here again! We were a family of 6 and the apartment was large enough that we did not feel cramped. Again, really enjoyed this apartment.

Had a great weekend in this central apartment in the suburb of Hillhead. Lots of local amenities, restaurants and pubs. Very clean and comfortable!
