Located in a quiet residential street in Glasgow's West End near Hyndland Road and Byres road, this modernized ground floor apartment in a traditional red sandstone tenement block is less than 5 minutes walk from shops, and many cafes and restaurants. Cottiers Theatre and restaurant is at the end of the road ! and a 15 min walk takes you to many tourist attractions eg Botanic Gardens, University Avenue. Bus and subway connections to the city centre, train stations and airport are also within a 5 minute walk.

The apartment features two double bedrooms (a 5 ft bed in the main bedroom), a fully fitted kitchen, a comfortable lounge and dining area and a modern bathroom. A single 'blow up bed is 'also available and a travel cot and a high chair for a young child . Facilities include digital tv, wifi and a washing machine....

Nice area good restaurants lovely buzz about Partick. Fiona's flat was very near to attractions like Kelvingrove and ssec and hydro.

From the airport, either take Glasgow Airport Express [ no 5000 ] into Buchanan Bus Station and then either bus 77 or Subway to Dumbarton rd Kelvinhall stop and walk up Hyndland Street , Caird Drive is the fourth on the left .Or bus 77 goes by a longer route from the Airport and stops in Dumbarton Road , on it's way into the city . alight at the junction between Dumbarton Road and Hyndland Street

From Glasgow Queen Street Train station take the local train to Partick train station.or take subway to Kelvinhall stop in Dumbarton Road .
