A beautifully light, comfortable garden apartment, just 30 minutes by bus from Edinburgh's Princes Street, art galleries and museams, is an ideal holiday destination to make the most of this wonderful city and also to enjoy the countryside of the Pentland Hills and the Water of Leith.

The property is on one level: Living/dining room with patio doors: Kitchen: 2 bedrooms: 1 double with patio doors, 1 twin. Bathroom with shower and toilet: Separate toilet.

Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Travel cot. High chair. Freeview TV. DVD. iPod dock. Gas hob. Electric oven. Microwave. Washing machine. Dishwasher. Fridge and freezer. Wi-fi. Small enclosed garden with patio and furniture. On road parking. No smoking.

We normally accept bookings from 'Saturday to Saturday'.

Perfect for our half term break. Easy access to city centre. Bus stop a few seconds stroll away. £8.50 day ticket covered my husband and I and our daughter for unlimited travel on the Lothian buses, we barely used our car. Small co-op 2 minutes...More

The flat is situated in the Colinton area of Edinburgh, which retains many of the features and ambience of a village. There are good local shops, a bank, post-office and several pubs and restaurants. It is around 8 Km from the city centre with an exceptionally good bus service (Lothian Buses bus numbers 10 and 16).

If you are arriving by car, leave the A720 (Edinburgh City Bypass) at the Dreghorn Junction. At the first roundabout, go straight ahead (2nd exit) and at the next one take the first exit onto Redford Road. Follow Redford Road to its end at a T-junction and turn left onto Colinton Road. After 200m branch left at the traffic lights and you are on Woodhall Road. The property is 200 yards along this road on the right.
