This late 19th century property is situated over first and second floors with stunning views over two of Edinburgh's finest Georgian streets. Accommodation comprises an impressive drawing room with dining area and fireplace, four bedrooms (each with a double bed and the 3 larger bedrooms have an additional single day bed), two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with range cooker, microwave, dishwasher and well stocked with kitchen utensils.

We have recently upgraded our television to a 40' HD screen and we now offer all the main UK Sports Channels

We had an excellent weekend in Edinburgh. The accommodation was perfect, the beds were very comfortable and Rona has gone out of her way to provide everything you could need. I would highly recommend for comfort and convenience.

This was our second stay in The Upper Villa. Very spacious accommodation in a quiet area of Stockbridge. Stockbridge itself is a very nice, well kept area with lovely wee shops. It's a pleasant 10/15 minute walk from Princes Street or you can take the...More

Railway: Waverley Station: 2.0 km
By Car - When arriving in Edinburgh head to 3 Dean Park Crescent Edinburgh EH4 1PN. I will forward details of parking options.
Your best plan is to arrive, unpack, then park your car in a free space for the duration of your stay and use our excellent bus services, or enjoy walking around Edinburgh.

By Plane - The easiest method is to grab a taxi which is more cost effective than paying the individual fares on the airport bus or tram and you can pre-order a people carrier if required. If you catch a standard black cab the fare will be c £20 each way.

Guests can also take the Airport Link bus (Service 100) at Stance 19. You get off at the West End stop and you can walk to the Upper Villa from there. Fares are £4 single and £7 return.
