An elegant and beautifully proportioned one bedroom apartment suitable for 2 guests, occupying the ground floor of a handsome Victorian Terrace. The original townhouse dates from the circa 1860 and was converted into separate apartments in 1960. Internally the property is in excellent working order and is entered via a communal entrance hall. The location of the property is perfect, located in a quiet residential street in the heart of Edinburgh's West End, within a few minutes' walk of the retail and commercial city centre in Princes Street, George Street and Lothian Road and within 5 minutes walk of Haymarket Station, Tram stop and the Airlink Airport Bus.
