This spacious and well appointed modern two bedroom apartment is in the Canonmills area of Edinburgh. There is parking available in the property's own secure car park. It is ideally located a short walk of approx 15 minutes through historic Georgian New Town which takes you to the heart of the city centre in Princes St in one direction or to the Playhouse Theatre in the other with many upmarket bars, restaurants, shops and galleries on the way.
It is the perfect base from which to explore the wonderful city of Edinburgh with it's world famous sites and attractions.

We booked the apartment as it was in the perfect location for attending a family wedding at the Botanic Gardens as well as being close to all the attractions in the New Town. Booking and key collection were straightforward and both the agent and owner...More

Excellent and comfortable flat. Very calm, no street noise. A nice 20 minutes walk from historic town centre. A few steps away from supermarket. Private parking..... All what a family needs. Whe will come back for a longer stay!

About the neighbourhood
Cannonmills where Logie Green Road is situated is an ideal location being within walking distance of the city centre but also close to many other interesting areas for example the attractions of the waterfront at Leith. Many places can be reached from the Water of Leith walkway path which follows the riverbank through the city.

Only a 10 minute walk away are the famous Botanic Gardens with with over 70 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds and a stunning array of plants in its Victorian glasshouses. The new visitor centre has a cafe and a top class restaurant.
