Great Location in the center of Edinburgh, just a short walk (two minutes to Princes Street) great for couples, travelers of all types and people on business trips. Easy access to Waverley train station, the tram and buses around town and the airport. Taxis can also be arranged on request.

Anything we can do to make your stay as comfortable and meet your expectations please just ask.

Great shower with strong water pressure and instant heat from the gas boiler.

New mattress (July), 100% cotton sheets, lots of plugs, fresh towels with fibre optic wireless broadband.

Very close to Waverley train station, which is the central train for Edinburgh. Approx. 5-10 minutes walking with bags

Also close to the tram stop on Princess Street, approx 5 minutes walk with bags

Parking is by paid meter. Free from Saturday 6:30pm until Monday 8:30am

If your coming by car please inform for further help

Some guests use Hertz rental which is a 10 minute walk from the flat
