You will be staying in a living community so we expect you to behave in the same manner you would treat your own neighbours. With Respect. We do allow pets as long as they are extremely well house trained and there is a charge of £25 per dog per visit. Dogs must not be allowed on the furniture and to use the balcony as a toilet!! We do not allow smoking in the house at any time. No naked flames allowed in the house including candles for health and safety reasons.

Great location for exploring Arbroath & the surrounding areas. Flat is nicely finished & very comfortable. The balcony has nice views of the harbour. Everything you need is provided.

Booked to go back next year! Beautiful, clean, well maintained apartment in a perfect location. Spent 3 very enjoyable nights with husband and 2 friends at the Arbroath accordion and fiddle festival, was within walking distance of venues. Owners very helpful. See you next year....More

A 'chance' stay with friends in this lovely apartment. Perfect as-new accommodation with a lovely view of the harbour. Ideally placed for walks along the coast or to the local shops (Lots of fresh fish shops nearby too). Perfect for 2 couples sharing as one...More

I cannot fault the apartment. Ideal location for getting about. Fabulous views across the harbour. Very well equipped. Clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again when next I'm in Arbroath. Alex was very helpful and welcoming. Even the weather was smiling on us.

Arbroath is an excellent base for exploring the area. We have stayed in many holiday rentals in Scotland and this accommodation is up there with the best. Nicely laid out flat that is beautifully presented and a good balcony overlooking the harbour.
