Lovely family bungalow with south facing private garden and off road parking for 2 cars.

The house consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 double bed, 1 small double bed and 1 single bed. All bedrooms have mirrored sliderobes with ample hanging and drawer space. A travel cot and high chair are available on request.

Living area consists of spacious through lounge, corner sofa, 40 inch flat screen tv featuring virgin tivo & free wifi , open fire and large dining table, and has patio doors opening onto the garden. Fully fitted kitchen containing cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee machine and microwave. Bathroom contains white bathroom suite with corner bath and shower. Gas central heating provides hot water on demand. Smoking is not allowed inside the house; an ash tray is provided outside.

Larkfield was conveniently located for trains, buses and is also close to the airport. We were very impressed with this house. We arrived quite late on the Friday night and were so grateful for the milk, bread, butter etc that Trevor had left for us. Nothing was too much trouble. With a bad storm forecast during our stay, Trevor arrived...

I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a short break or a longer break, it is ideal for families, couples and who ever else that would prefer a change from hotels, it is perfectly located in east belfast and a short cab ride or a 10min bus ride.

The Bungalow is situated in a residential area very close to metro city bus stops which will have you into the City Centre in less than 15 minutes. Sydenham train station is located less than 5 minutes walk away and links to Belfast's Central and Great Victoria Street Stations and the Titanic Quarter (1 stop) in one direction, and Holywood, Helen's Bay and the seaside town of Bangor in the other direction, all of which are very popular with tourists.

The Titanic Quarter is visited by hundreds of thousands of tourists every year - the main attractions being the World renowned Titanic Exhibition, Titanic's Dock and Pump House and the recently refurbished 'SS Nomadic' -Tender to the Titanic and last remaining White Star Line ship in the world.

From Belfast City Centre a 3a metro citybus will drop you in Connsbrook Avenue, turn left at the top of the Avenue into Larkfield Road, the property is on the left (2 mins walk from the bus stop)

From Belfast City Centre, catch the Bangor train from either Great Victoria Street or Central Station to Sydenham station. Cross the footbridge and turn right from the station and walk to the end of Inverary Drive, turn left into Larkfield Road and the property will be on your right. (less than 5 mins walk)

George Best Belfast City Airport is a short taxi journey (5 mins)

Belfast International Airport is approx. 30 mins by car. The Airport Express 300 bus service leaves the airport every 15 mins and will bring you to the City Centre where you can catch either a train or bus as detailed above.
