Ground Floor The main door of the house is accessed from Telford´s private parking area, via a covered stairway that leads into the vestibule & main hall. Also on the ground floor... Kitchen The heart of the house with overspill into to the adjacent breakfast room, this is the room where we spend much of our time. Bespoke, handmade maple kitchen with granite worktops & Welsh slate floor. Fitted with TV, dishwasher, washing machine, six hob gas cooker, fridge and freezer. Includes a breakfast bar to sit four people. Under floor heating Adjacent Breakfast Room With grand panoramic views of the Menai bridge and its open, working fireplace, this room acts as our wintertime snug. Those of you choosing to spend Christmas here will be welcomed by a large, real and dressed Christmas tree, filling the bay window. Dining space for up to 14 people. Games Room On the water side with another view to die for. We have kitted out this room to help keep your youngsters entertained. Facilities include board games and TV with DVD. Office We have left this room as a working office with free wi-fi and fax machine. There is no active phone as we trust you´ll have your mobiles. Sunroom / Lounge The best place for snatching some quiet time is the annexed sunroom, with its majestic views of the Menai Straits. Grab a coffee and while away hours watching the activity on the water. You´ll get a birds eye view of the annual Bangor raft race! The slouchy sofas are ideal for the odd afternoon snooze or watching the golf on the Sky+ equipped HD TV & DVD. Refurbished Celler Exercise area with weights & bench. Box freezer for food overspill. Airing cupboard if required, for drying clothes or sports equipment. Ground Floor Bathroom A conveniently located modern, ground floor bathroom. First Floor The reading area greets you as you climb the stairs. Sit here to plan your stay or when you need get away from it all… Master Bedroom Overlooking the Menai Straits with stunning water views, the master bedroom with its king-size bed comforably sleeps 2 guests. Facilities include a walk-in wardrobe, en-suite bath and walk-in shower and TV. Super-King Bedroom Boasting superb waterside views, this room sleeps 2 guests with a shared bathroom.
