About the Owner
Response Time:Within a few hours
Interaction with guests:
On arrival day the Guest should contact us and we will arrange to meet them at the address with the keys.
It would be helpful if they also contacted us earlier to advise us of what time this is likely to be.
The personally touch is always present at The Tops and guests are met on arrival, shown round the accommodation, and met again on departure.
The Tops was established in 1980 and is recommended because unlike hotels and guest houses our apartments have the advantage of being self contained and private and they are virtually a home away from home. Ideal for visitors who are in Leeds on Holiday, visiting friends, or on business.

About the neighbourhood
Kirkstall is a suburb of Leeds only 2.5 miles (3.5 km) from the City Centre. It is home to Headingley Carnegie Stadium which hosts not only local but also International Cricket and Rugby matches.
All amenities are close by with shops, supermarkets, Pubs, and a fully equipped Leisure Centre that has a swimming pool, gym, solarium, and all training facilities.
Leeds itself is full of historical interest and has it's own places of interest to visit such as the Leeds Museums and Art Gallery, The Royal Armouries, the new City Centre Shopping areas, and the Leeds Theatres. Our location is also within easy reach of St. James's Hospital, The Leeds General Infirmary, Yorkshire Television, Leeds United, Leeds University, and the new Leeds Arena.
Buses run from the bottom of the street and Headingley railway station is only a short walk away.

How to get there
Airport: Leeds/Bradford: 10.0 km
Railway: Headingley: 0.5 km
From the City Centre take the A65 road towards Horsforth and Leeds/Bradford Airport. After 2 miles (3 km) turn right at Kirkstall Leisure Centre. After 300 metres turn left into Morris Lane and then right after St. Stevens Church. Park Mount is a row of stone fronted terraced houses and number 24 is half way up on the left hand side. A plaque that says 'The Tops' is on the wall at the front of the building. The easiest way to get there from the Airport is to take a taxi. It is only 6.5 miles (10 km) away and takes 10-15 minutes.
