It comprises of 1 double bedroom with twin beds, a large lounge with a bay window, bathroom/toilet with bath and shower, kitchen/diner. It has central heating and an instant shower. The apartment is fully equipped for self catering with pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, and glassware provided. All bed linens and towels are also provided inclusive in the price. TV, DVD player, radio and free unlimited access to WiFi. Interaction with guests
On arrival day the Guest should contact us and we will arrange to meet them at the address with the keys. It would be helpful if they also contacted us earlier to advise us of what time this is likely to be. The personally touch is always present at The Tops and guests are met on arrival, shown round the accommodation, and met again on departure. The Tops was established in 1980 and is recommended because unlike hotels and guest houses our apartments have the advantage of being self contained and private and they are virtually a home away from home. Ideal for visitors who are in Leeds on Holiday, visiting friends, or on business. Graded 3* by Visit England

Kirkstall is a suburb of Leeds only 2.5 miles (3.5 km) from the City Centre. It is home to Headingley Carnegie Stadium which hosts not only local but also International Cricket and Rugby matches.
