Mulberry Cottage Review
This treasure of a cottages is located in the centre of Howarth, only five minutes walk away from the main cobbled road which hosts a variety of artisan shops, cafes and restaurants. The cottage is both practical and luxurious providing a comfortable lounge, fully modernised kitchen and bathroom and two luxurious, spacious bedrooms offering generous central heating. The photographs of the interior fully met our expectations and proved to be accurate and realistic. Mulberry Cottage was the chosen location for our walking holiday and also our second visit. We would happily book again in the future and I cannot recommend Mulberry Cottage highly enough.

An amazing, cozy cottage with all the amenities!
Such a wonderful cottage. My husband and I spent 2 weeks at the cottage and this sweet place had everything we needed, within walking distance to many great restaurants and shops! We drove with great ease from the cottage to Ripon, York, Thirsk and throughout the Yorkshire Dales. Howarth is convenient to everything. Julie was an amazing host, so thoughtful and quick in communication. We hope to return someday. Priceless memories of an amazing cottage.

Just Perfect!
This was our Third stay at Mulberry Cottage and we are already planning a Forth! The Cottage itself is just lovely, cosy in the winter, with its log burner, we have had the last Two visits in December, and our last visit in June, was just glorious, we were so lucky with the weather, wall to wall sunshine every day. The little courtyard garden with seating enabled us to relax at the end of the day with a Pimms! . The cottage is spotlessly clean and has everything to hand that you would need. Julie is a fantastic host and is very approachable and communicative. The location is also ideal, with Haworth’s cobbled Main Street being just a walk away where it has the Brontës Parsonage, little independent shops, tearooms, cafes and numerous pubs. There is so much to see further afield too. On this visit went to Hebdon Bridge, where the TV Series Happy Valley is filmed, we visited Oakworth Train Station, famous for the Railway Children’ location and also went for a ride on the lovely Steam Train. We would also highly recommend a visit for Afternoon Tea at Betty’s Tea Rooms in either Harrogate or Ilkley, it’s just lovely there. We love both the cottage and the location and can’t recommend it highly enough. The perfect place to relax and unwind. We’ll be back!

High quality self catering cottage
Mu husband and I recently stayed in this beautiful self catering cottage. It is in a quiet street within walking distance of the historic main street in Haworth. There was plenty of local walking. The circular walk at the National Trust Bolton Abbey was a favourite - about 30 minutes drive away. The standard of the accomodation was excellent and I don't think we have ever stayed at a cottage that was so clean and well presented for our arrival. Everything we needed/could have needed was provided. Self check-in was easy and complimentary biscuits, Prosecco and wood , for the lounge wood-burner, made it feel more like a hotel! Parking was always available either outside the cottage or a short walk further up the street. There is a local Co-op supermarket within walking distance down the hill. The owner Julie was very easy to communicate with and was able to answer any questions we had. Owing to the heavy snow in the days prior to our arrival, Julie even suggested we could arrive a day early if it made the travel easier, as the cottage happened to be availble then. Although we didn't take her up on this, we very much appreciated the offer. I would definitely highly recommend this cottage!

Cosy cottage
This was a really clean, cosy cottage. Most comfortable bed I've ever had away from home!! We particularly enjoyed the woodburner in the evenings. The kids loved the local playground and being able to walk to the steam railway/watch the trains go past. Would definitely recommend the cottage to others.

A beautiful getaway
Mulberry cottage is the perfect place to unwind and let go of the busy external world. In easy walking distance of Haworth, with its quirky shops, and the Bronte parsonage and moors beyond, this warm welcoming cottage is perfect after an interesting day exploring. I’m already booking it again. I wish I could give this review 6 stars.

Second stay and just as fabulous !!
We wrote a glowing review following our stay for the same week last week and second visit lived up to expectations. Julie is an excellent host - regular updates and a nice touch with the welcome “pack” in the kitchen. The cottage is lovely and cosy, particularly with the log burner going in the evenings. The bed is almost too comfortable - didn’t want to get out of it some mornings. Revisited all our old haunts and tried out a couple of new ones. Would highly recommend The Hawthorn (went there for a birthday celebration again - booked table 6 months in advance to ensure one by the fire) and The Old Registry for eating out. Haworth Brewing Company great for dirty chips/chilli chips!! We had a lovely day out on the Elf Express (steam railway line) but the only passengers without kids in tow - enjoyed the mince pies and mulled wine though. Couldn’t go on it without watching the Railway Children first of course (DVD in cottage). Went to Bradford for a day and would recommend the Media museum- if you are our age you will enjoy playing the retro video arcade games !! Spent another day in Hebden Bridge - another lovely place - The Old Gate fantastic for ale lovers ! No snow this year but everywhere looked lovely with Christmas decorations up. Very sad to leave and already thinking about returning next year - might try a different season! Thanks once again Julie.

Fabulous week in Haworth
Mulberry Cottage in Haworth is a lovely property within walking distance of a number of pubs, restaurants and coffee shops - also the Bronte Parsonage. It is comfortable and cosy and has been tastefully updated and decorated. The kitchen is really well equipped although we didn't do a lot of cooking as places to eat in the local area kept calling to us! The owner Julie is very accessible and concerned that you have everything you need and left a welcoming bottle of prosecco, biscuits and milk. We would particularly recommend getting fish and chips from the chippie on the same street as the cottage, the Haworth Steam Brewery and Pava for evenings meals and Cobbles for coffee or lunches. Fabulous walks in the local area.

Fantastic accommodation well placed for Haworth and surrounding areas
This was our second stay in Mulberry Cottage. It has everything you could need for a stay away from home. It is tastefully furnished and decorated with a lovely garden. Free parking is always available outside and it is only a short walk into Haworth. Communication with the friendly and helpful owner is easy - nothing is too much trouble. We will be back !
