The Granary is extremely spacious, occupying the central part of the barn dating from 1844 - graded 5 star Gold by Visit England. Large full height windows at either side of the barn give fabulous views both from the large entrance hall and the first floor gallery. The tiled entrance hall has a sitting area one end with beautiful views over the garden and woodland beyond.
Two bedrooms are on the ground floor, one with French windows opening out onto its own patio. The third bedroom is upstairs. The living area upstairs is open plan, with a high vaulted ceiling and original oak beams that gives a delightful area to relax in front of the wood burning stove. It also includes a spacious dining area and a well-equipped oak kitchen with a second dining area.

We absolutely LOVED our stay in the Granary ! The perfect location for a special family weekend with our 4 children - beautiful accommodation, wonderful setting and a delicious cake and bottle of wine in the fridge to welcome us - we would absolutely love to return - thank you for an amazing stay 😊

Amazing accommodation. Loved by the whole family. Going back in September for a week. Kelly made us feel so welcome. Even my little dog enjoyed staying as the garden was fully secured for her safety. Cannot speak highly enough of the comfort and cleanliness. Home made cake and bottle of wine on arrival. Thank you Kelly H

Wonderful weekend spent at the Granary celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary, our family gathering all had a splendid time. This was a return visit and the Granary was magnificent, all the accommodation was wonderful, the scenery is breathtaking and the walks to the local pub were easy and a must, even with children. In our efforts to protect our environment, air source heat pumps provide underfloor heating throughout the barns, with individual room thermostats for you to control. This is supplemented by wood burning stoves with wood supplied from the farm. Solar heating provides all the hot water and a rainwater harvester provides water for the washing machine and flushing the loos.

From the top of the farm on a clear day, there are stunning views of Chichester harbour and the Isle of Wight. Walk or cycle on the many footpaths and bridleways through ancient woodlands and beautiful countryside in the surrounding area. These footpaths link to the Southdowns Way, a 100 mile footpath stretching from Winchester to Eastbourne. The nearest pub is two miles by road, but only a 10 minute walk through the woods.
