As one of the few more modern buildings in King Street, No 10 has the comfortable advantages of a more up to date building whilst looking out onto the beautiful flint cottages that make King Street one of the prettiest in Arundel.

The hallway opens onto a bright and spacious double reception room with gas fire and two comfy sofas with a dining area towards the far side of the room opening out onto a sunny courtyard garden. Also on the ground floor is a well equipped kitchen (please be aware that there is no dishwasher) and ground floor toilet.

On the first floor there are 3 good size bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with two single beds and a further single bedroom. There is also a family bathroom.

About the neighbourhood
Arundel is a wonderful town with so much to do. It is dominated by the magnificent Arundel Castle (open from Spring to late Autumn) with its beautiful walled gardens and castle tours. Also in town there is a museum, the Cathedral and lovely walks through Arundel Park. If you walk down the hill in the park you will come to Swanbourne Lake where you can hire a boat to go rowing. A little further on is a bird wildlife centre. Also, close to the centre of town is mini golf, public tennis courts and a large lido all a short walk away.
Getting around
Arundel is a very tiny town so you will not need a car unless you wish to go down to the beach or visit one of the many places of interest nearby.
