One of the many excellent features of this 3 bedroom accommodation is its location; easy to get to by car or rail, in walking distance of theatres, restaurants, heritage and shopping, and minutes away from glorious views over Stratford and the Cotswolds.

There is parking for 2 cars, storage for bicycles, and a secure let-off-steam garden for energetic children, complete with a wendy house. The local bus stops outside and hidden round the corner is a retail park with 24-hour supermarket, the surprisingly good Yard of Ale pub (see Trip Advisor), and a Chinese takeaway. In the other direction is a newsagent and the Little Market local shop (selling free-range eggs and fresh bread) and then a walk past the Stratford Upon Avon Canal to the town centre.

Very convenient to all things Stratford! Calming blue and white decor, very clean and all the basic necessities. Lovely yard too. Thanks for having us.
