Set in great location with almost 3.000 sq foot of space and luxury. Only a 15 minute drive into the centre of Guildford, or a 5 minute drive into the lovely village of Cranleigh. If its a beach you are looking for then Brighton is only a 45 minute drive away. The house is also ideally located for Heathrow Airport and Gatwick Airport which are approx 30 miles away.
If it is rest and relaxation you are looking for then you have picked the right house. The beautiful South facing landscaped garden has a stone oven, barbecue area, bar area and a child's play area. The amazing kitchen diner with bifold doors opens up to an amazing entertainment area which also comes with an awning to shade the sun from you whilst you eat Al Fresco.
