The Penthouse is at the heart of historic Bath, with views over the City to the countryside beyond.
Situated at the top (3rd floor) of an imposing Georgian building, this apartment is styled to combine contemporary living with comfort and convenience.
Both The Penthouse and Bathwick View (2nd floor) are available together for larger groups of families and friends.
Separately the apartments sleep 4 - 6, together they sleep a maximum of 12 (when 2 sofa beds are deployed in each flat).
The kitchen is fully fitted and designed by BOSCH.
The bathroom/shower rooms are marble clad with under-floor heating.
There is a complimentary parking permit with each apartment.

For extra guests, each apartment has two high-quality portable beds with sprung mattresses for which we charge £25 per night including all linen, toiletries and towels.
We usually leave them ready-to-go in the reception room.

About the neighbourhood
The apartments are close to the new Southgate Shopping Centre where specialist retailers mix with famous brands. Largely pedestrianised, but with plenty of parking underneath the centre, Southgate has a unique blend of bars, shops, big brands (including one of the largest Apple stores) and restaurants.
Live music complements the latest fashions with the fun of street performers, creating that special atmosphere of the piazza.
The apartments look out over the River Avon to the green hills of Bathwick and Claverton beyond, giving them a peaceful view, not over-looked by other buildings.
Getting around
There is an excellent city sight-seeing bus tour departing from North Parade, 5 minutes walk away.
The railway and coach stations are at the opposite end of the street.
