Recently refurbished 3 bedroom house a short walk from York city centre in quiet residential street. The 3 bedrooms all have double beds, with the second bedroom also having an additional single bed. The main bathroom has a shower over the bath, there is also a further separate shower room and a ground floor toilet. The kitchen diner is a lovely bright space with all the amenities required to make your stay as easy as possible. The front reception room has a beautiful fireplace, comfy seating for 6 and a large flat screen TV, the TV lounge has seating for 4, a large flat screen TV and access on to the prey courtyard area. High speed WiFi access is enabled within the house.

Great location,only 1000m from city walls.parking great due to permit. House beautifully decorated and kept to a high standard.The two living rooms were a big hit with the children,one for the children and one for adults! Quiet,warm,welcoming,a great place to return to after walking and...More

A wonderful property, superbly finished, in a fantastic location, with a lovely 10 minute walk to York Minster and the centre of town. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.
