With origins dating back to the 17th/18th centuries, this renovated 2 bedroom barn conversion affords traditional accommodation; exposed beams and Norfolk wood floors sit alongside modern appliances. Partridge barn is ideally suited to a family or 2 couples. The ground floor comprises a living / dining area, separate kitchen, bathroom with shower over bath and a twin bedroom. Wooden stairs lead to the upstairs where there is a double bedroom together with a characterful mezzanine level nestled beneath the beams. The mezzanine area provides a second lounge / relaxation area and also has a sofa bed which creates the possibility for 2 additional children to use this (please contact us for more details). We had a lovely weekend at Partridge Barn. It had everything we needed and appreciated the local apple juice, biscuits and wine left by Liz. Quiet lanes to walk our dog around as well as lots of footpaths near by. It was ideal for UEA to visit our daughter and also not too far to the coast either.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous and cosy barn. The kids loved it also.the scenery is beautiful and just so peaceful. Liz and John were so welcoming and friendly and very helpful prior to and during our visit.

You get the sense Liz and John have moved to the country to live the dream and want to share their experience with everyone else. They're incredibly gracious hosts and easy going. We didn't have any problems during our stay, but I expect nothing would be too much trouble for them to help resolve. The barns are spacious and well...

We are rurally located with superb views over open fields. The roads by the property are very small and quiet making them perfect for walking or cycling. The area is very peaceful and there's lots of nature to observe. Altough we are rural, the major road networks are only 10 minutes away getting you to the city, market towns or coasts efficiently.
Getting around
Pheasant Barn is rurally located so you will need a car to get around. Norwich Park and Ride is approx 15 minutes away and taxi companies serve the area if required. The area is perfect for walking or cycling.
