The flat is spread across the second floor and the entrance opens up to the living area with a comfortable sofa and armchairs, a flat-screen TV and plenty of books. The sofa can be converted into a sofa bed comfortably sleeping 2 more guests. The dining area is located in this room and offers plenty of seats for all guests. The kitchen is located in the adjacent room and it comes fully stocked and ready for guests to use it. The bathroom is neat and clean and comes with a bathtub. The bedroom is located on the mezzanine floor and comes with a comfortable king size bed comfortably sleeping 2 people. The apartment offers high-speed WiFi and it has plenty of space to get work done should you need it. The apartment has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the apartment must be prepared for viewings, so a cleaner will tidy the apartment free of charge every morning at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked, typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the apartment is discounted as thanks for being accommodating. You’ll have access to the apartment at all times. Because the apartment comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm. Set in the most enviable location in London, this modern one-bedroom apartment is in the heart of South Kensington, perfect for exploring the best that the city has to offer! Just moments away from many attractions – you have the crème de la crème of shopping, restaurants and entertainment right on your doorstep. The closest tube stations are South Kensington and Gloucester Road. London is closely connected by train stations, as well as buses, and the property is in a very pedestrian friendly area. It is well connected to public transport and main roads. Please note the 10am daily tidy is an essential part of staying in this apartment. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, you will find this apartment and the daily tidy perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes and usually in the middle of the day. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won't be interrupted. The daily tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you! This home requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home. This apartment is right in the centre of the city and while it’s safely away from traffic, you can hear the hustle and bustle of the city. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens. Guests using the bedroom and sofa bed should note that the bedroom looks over the living room. Please, no parties or smoking. Be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. By staying in this apartment you are agreeing to the daily tidying service, and accommodating viewings as requested. This apartment is cosy, captivating and a pleasure to stay in.
