At the front of the home, there is a black iron fence and a flight of York stone steps up to the entrance. LIVING & DINING ROOM The living and dining room are open plan, benefitting from plenty of natural light from the windows. The seating area comprises two sofas, a wood burning stove and classic armchairs by the window. The space is decorated with artworks and a tall bookcase. The dining area offers a long wooden table and surrounding chairs. This can be extended so it can seat up to 14 people. From the window, there are views out to the garden outside. For music enthusiasts, there is also a piano here. FIRST BEDROOM Next door is the first bedroom. This includes a comfortable double bed, a desk and chair, as well as a bookcase. UTILITY CUPBOARD The utility cupboard comprises a washing machine and tumble dryer. BATHROOM The first bathroom includes a bath, overhead shower, WC and basin. GARDEN The access to the garden is through a door on the lower ground floor. The garden comprises a paved area, complete with outside seating and surrounding plants. There is also a pagoda here and a gas-fired BBQ. SECOND BEDROOM The second bedroom is situated on the first floor of the home. This room includes a single bed, framed pictures on the wall and a chest-of-drawers. This bedroom also has access down to the garden, through an external spiral, iron staircase. This room enjoys lots of natural light from the window, offering views to the garden outside. THIRD BEDROOM The third bedroom includes a full-size single bed, a bookcase and a full-length mirror. FOURTH BEDROOM The fourth bedroom includes a single bed, a desk with chair and a bookcase. There is a camp bed available in this room, to sleep an extra guest if required. WC There is a WC and basin, situated just between the third and fourth bedrooms. FIFTH BEDROOM The fifth bedroom is similar to the fourth bedroom, with a single bed by the window, as well as a desk, chair and bookcase. There is a further camp bed available in this room, to sleep an extra guest if required. ROOF TERRACE Up a few stairs, to the door out to the roof terrace. This includes outdoor seating and plants, as well as views to the surrounding architecture. MASTER BEDROOM The master bedroom is situated on the top floor of the home. This includes a comfortable King-size bed, a chest-of-drawers and a traditional wardrobe. Framed pictures hang on the surrounding walls. This light room offers views out over the area, including to the BT tower. BATHROOM The bathroom includes a bath, overhead shower, WC and basin, all in white-brick style tiling. Home Truths No smoking, pets or parties! Guests with allergies please note- a cat usually lives here, but will not be present during stays. The home is cleaned before and after each stay. A security deposit of GBP 495 will be pre-authorised by Veeve from your credit/debit card 2 days prior to your check-in date. The deposit will be released after departure, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.More
