This bright three-bedroom home has been recently refurbished to the highest standard. There is a comfortable open plan living and dining area and the kitchen comes fully equipped and fitted with state of the art appliances. There are two double bedrooms and one with a bunk bed, one bathroom and a toilet room. The home is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We provide a daily tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the home in perfect condition. The entrance is located on the first floor and the house is spread across two floors. The living and dining areas are located in a bright open space and feature a big sofa and comfortable armchairs, a flat-screen TV and a dining table comfortably seating all guests. The kitchen is located next to the living area and comes fully equipped and ready to be used. Both the kitchen and the living area open up to the private patio at the back of the house. On this floor, guests will also find a toilet room for added convenience. The bedrooms are located on the first floor and feature comfortable mattresses. Two bedrooms come with king size beds and one with a bunk bed, ideal when travelling with kids. Guests will also find a bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The home also has high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done. The home has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the home must be prepared for viewings, so a cleaner will tidy the home free of charge every morning at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked, typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the home is discounted as thanks for being accommodating. You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm. Set in one of London’s most trendy locations, this home is next to stylish Camden and has grocery stores and cafes in easy reach. Regent’s Park and Primrose Hill are just a short walk away and the ZSL London Zoo will be a great getaway for the little ones. The house is in a residential part of town but it’s located next to the Camden Market. It offers easy connection via tube and bus to London’s many diverse neighbourhoods - the perfect base for exploring the best that London has to offer! Just moments from historical buildings, shops, and nightlife, you have amazing culture, restaurants, and entertainment right on your doorstep. London is well connected by train stations, as well as buses, and the property is in a very pedestrian friendly area. It is well connected to public transport and main roads. The home sits 8 minutes walking from Chalk Farm tube station and 4 minutes walking from Kentish Town West train station. Please note the 10am daily tidy is an essential part of staying in this home. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, or your kids won’t let you sleep in, you will find this home and the daily tidy perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes and usually in the middle of the day. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won't be interrupted. The daily tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you! The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home. The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens. Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour. By staying in this home you are agreeing to the daily tidying service, and accommodating viewings as requested. This home is cosy, captivating and a pleasure to stay in.
