A beautiful, classic and welcoming home with a balcony overlooking Battersea Park. This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home is on the second floor of a well-maintained mansion block, close to the River Thames and within easy access to shops and public transport. The home itself has all modern amenities while retaining a wonderful traditional English feel. There are two bedrooms, all with double beds, and one bathroom with a walk-in shower. Each bedroom has a good amount of storage space for guests. The kitchen has modern amenities and opens up into a dining area with a dining table and its own TV. The living room is beautifully decorated, both classic and colourful, and offers a wonderful place relax after a day exploring London. Clapham Junction station is a short 10 minute bus ride away and there are plenty of buses that will take you across the river into Chelsea, Sloane Square and Central London. There are many great restaurants, cafes and pubs nearby – in particular the homeowner would recommend the Prince Albert, Bailey and Sage and the Drafthouse. UnderTheDoormat will be your hosts and we offer guests carefully-selected, stylish homes with the professional service of hotel, on call 7 days a week to help. We will welcome you in person when you arrive, help you settle in, and give you a guide to the local area so you can make the most of your stay. The home will be professionally cleaned with hotel-quality linens & towels and we provide complimentary cleans and hotel-quality fresh linens & towels for you each week. When your booking has been confirmed we will ask you to fill in a pre-check-in form on our website to confirm your identity and booking details. Please note you will need to provide official photographic identification document. This enables us to provide you with a more personal service and offers an extra level of security for both our guests and our homes. Our standard check in time is 16:00 - 20:00.
