Clapham South station is 4 bus stops away, connecting you to the Northern Line. There are also regular busses that go directly into central London. Neighborhood Clapham is one of the most popular places to live in London because of its abundance of public green space, friendly and welcoming atmosphere, excellent transport connections and number and variety of excellent places to eat and drink. In the midst of this large area of south London you’ll find Clapham Common, a large park with plenty of open spaces to relax and play. With fantastic transport links from Clapham Junction into central London and out to all the main airports, as well as national railway stations and the Northern line, this is an ideal place to stay. The majority of Clapham has a distinct village feel to it with a large treasure trove of pubs and restaurants to try! If the arts are your thing, then check out the weekly listings at the small but well-regarded Clapham Omnibus Theatre, or if you’re in the mood to learn about sweet treats, then head to the Chocolate Museum in neighbouring Brixton. There is a large pub scene in Clapham! Enjoy the gardens with a jug of Pimms at The Sun in Clapham Old Town. The Prince of Wales is a unique and quirky pub, filled with little eccentricities and odd decor which makes for a fun and interesting evening pint.
