Upon entrance into this home you will find a large, classically decorated living area towards the left which is furnished with oak wooden flooring, as is much of the apartment. A beautiful ornamental marbled fireplace takes centre stage whilst the rest of the room is finished in soft, neutral tones featuring a large corner sofa and coffee table sitting on a soft rug. There is a plasma TV for entertainment in addition to the high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home. Through the living area is a good-sized kitchen and dining space that has been finished to a good standard with quality fittings. It has an in-built microwave and electric oven as well as a dishwasher for convenient cleaning and a large solid wood dining table to seat up to four. It is paved and lined with pretty plants, flowers and hanging ivy and there is outdoor dining furniture so guests can enjoy al fresco dining! Climb the stairs to the lower level of the home which holds two bedrooms. The first is a double finished in minimal style with lovely wood features such as the built-in wardrobes flanking the double bed and matching dresser. There is also a wall-mounted TV for guest use (great for watching a movie whilst curled up in bed!). The second bedroom is the larger master, is similarly styled with a double bed as well as a large study desk with a chair that is great for correspondence and using laptops and other electronic devices on. The master bathroom is located on this floor as well and is fitted with a good-sized bathtub which has a shower unit attachment; the bathroom connects to a small utility room which holds the washer, dryer and other essentials. Home Truths Please note ther is a Sauna present in the property but, this is not permitted for guest use A security deposit of GBP 495 will be pre-authorised by Veeve from your credit/debit card 2 days prior to your check-in date. About the neighbourhood
For dining out locally as well as shopping, Upper Street is a few minutes walk from you with a wide choice of options. There are delicious coffee shops, varied restaurants and boutique bars and pubs with many hosting live music nights! The independent Everyman cinema is a must visit as it showcases both mainstream and indie films in an “at home” atmosphere with plush sofas and in place of popcorn, has classy coffees, decadent sweets and roasted nuts! You will also find some unique boutiques and shops in the surrounding area (Camden Passage has a great Vintage clothes store!). Spend some time exploring the local area and you will be delighted to find it has many great choices for eating out; Caledonian Road also has some nice cafes and bakeries as well as a relaxed retro-themed bar with a beer garden and a jukebox.
