Second Nest Waterloo is a great space comprising 110 Square meters or 1100 Square feet. The house is newly renovated with brand new kitchen and bathrooms. The location is within the zone one station of Vauxhall which gives easy access to central London in one or two stops. The main supermarket Tesco is a short walk away. If you are a family or group of colleagues wishing to stay in a large apartment in Central London this is the choice for you. We have four bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as laundry machines and separate kitchen. For London Standards this is a good size apartment. We can hold eight guests easily without it feeling too cramped of busy. The apartment is split over three levels with the added bonus of an outside area to the rear of the property. There are many restaurants and eateries within a 5 minute walk from basic cafe to high end dining, there is food for every choice even before heading in to central which is only a stones throw away. If the weather allows you are only a 15/20 minute walk from big Ben and parliament. Whether you are a family group of business colleagues staying together this is a great choice. We do not accept any type of parties, hewn dos, stag nights, 18th or 21st parties. we like our neighbours and do not agree to any groups or parties of any kind. A security/Damage deposit of £300 is required before arrival.

Gem Waiting to be Discovered
Lee, the contact person, was very responsive to our inquiries and answered questions promptly. The house is very spacious with 2 bathrooms and one half bath on the ground floor. It is newly renovated and we could still smell the paint. There are 4 bedrooms (2 on each level) with more than enough space for 4 adults, new furniture and the WIFI worked well - even on the top floor. The house was very clean and we were provided with one set of towel per person (dish-washing and laundry detergent were provided, but not shower gel/shampoo, so remember to bring your own). Since we stayed for only one night, we did not cook, but it was nice to have access to pots and pans and a kettle to make tea. This house is closer to Elephant Castle than Waterloo and I really liked the cultural diversity of the area. You can walk to the Waterloo area, but it's not a short stroll. Since we had an oyster card and arrived mid-day, we took public transportation everywhere. The upstairs (top floor) shower needs a curtain or glass door to keep water from splashing all over the floor.
