My ground floor apartment is all on one level and easily accessible through the private entrance. The living area is light and airy with a beautiful, classic design and lovely finishing touches. Relax on the sofa and make yourself at home! It’s a welcoming and inviting space where you can kick back. The sofa can be pulled out and made into a double bed, meaning the property can sleep 6 in total. If cooking is your thing, you’re going to love spending time in the stylish kitchen. All the appliances are modern and easy to use - you’ll enjoy showing off your culinary skills here! . From here, you can access the private garden area. There’s outdoor seating perfect for al fresco dining - weather permitting of course! The master bedroom has a super comfortable double bed and, with fresh luxury linens, what more do you need for a good night’s sleep? You don’t have to live out of your suitcase; plenty of storage room means you can get unpacking and start feeling at home right away. The second double bedroom is just as chic and cosy. Freshen up in the lovely bathroom - enjoy a soak in the large tub or wake up in the mornings with the fantastic shower. White fluffy towels and shampoo are provided! My property will be professionally cleaned before your stay. ## Access Guests will have access to the entire property and private garden. ## Interaction My friends at Hostmaker are looking after my home while I am away; they are a short-lets management service team who know London like the back of their hand! If you have any questions about your stay, please get in touch through the channel platform. ## Neighborhood Clapham Old Town is a small pocket of nearby Clapham Common - only about a 20 minute walk away - it has a lovely village feel to it with a treasure trove of pubs and restaurants to try! The Sun is a popular pub; enjoy the garden in the summer with a jug of Pimms, and even in the colder months, when they have heaters outside. The Prince of Wales is an unpretentious British pub which fills up quickly after work. The restaurants around here won’t disappoint either. Trinity is a Michelin-starred restaurant without sky-high prices. You’ll need to book, but it is definitely worth checking out if you can. Mama Lan is a no-frills Chinese cafe where they only take cash and the dumplings are delicious. For breakfast - you'll find great cafes such as Esca, Patisserie Valerie, as well as Cafe Nero and Sturbucks. For lunch/dinner, some of my favourites are a great Japanese restaurant (Tsunami), Lebanese (Argan), Pizza (Eco and Radio Alice); for drinks 64th& Social, the Bellevue, and Venn Street Record; and for a nice Sunday roast, The Bobbin in Lillieshall Rd. ## Transit Clapham North is your nearest underground station - just 5 minute walk away. This connects you to the Northern line. From here, you can get to Leicester Square in just 12 minutes! The 88 bus does a nice 'tourist tour' - it goes through Vauxhall, to the House of Parliament, then on to Trafalgar Square, Oxford Circus, to finally reach Camden Town. ## Notes - Please note the flat is on the ground floor and there is no elevator in the property.
