It also features smart phone mirroring, so you can stream from your phone! Super fast unlimited wifi too. The kitchen is clean and modern with hob, oven and grill, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and washer dryer machine. The bathroom has a large powerful overhead shower, washbasin and WC. East London has become a hotspot for Londoners and travellers alike. The area has seen a revolution of microbreweries, independent coffee shops with an excellent reputation for food and drink, live music events, art galleries, pop-ups, startups, trendy bars, nightclubs and well-kept parks next to the famous Columbia Road in the middle of a conservation area of traditional London streets and shops. Brick Lane and Broadway Markets are both a short walk. A bus right outside the flat, will take you to Spitalfields Market and the eclectic mix of shops in Redchurch St. Families will enjoy Hackney City Farm, which is just across the road, the wonderful Museum of Childhood is less than 10 minutes walk and the Cereal Killer Cafe and Draughts Cafe (with almost every board game in existence!). Right at the side of the building, is lovely Ion Square Gardens and across the road is Hoxton Squre Park. A rented bicycle dock is around the corner from the apartment (1 min). Available on an hourly basis payable with a debit/credit card Directly in front of the flat the following buses are very convenient: 26/N26 Runs all night from Hackney to Waterloo, via the city 48 From Walthamstow to London Bridge, via the city 55/N55 Runs all night from Clapton directly to Oxford Circus in the west end, via Holborn Hoxton Station, Cambridge Heath Station, Liverpool Street Station, Old Street Station, Bethnal Green Station - range between 5 and 12 mins walking distance from the apartment Cabs are easily hailed in front of the apartment On street parking is available directly in front of the flat. Charges may apply and there are certain free time slots. Please read signs outside carefully. If you have a car, I can supply you with parking permits, please enquire for costings. The flat is on the third floor of a traditional London brick building. There is a lift, or stairs for those who prefer to walk. No smoking Not suitable for pets Check-in is after 2PM • PLEASE CONFIRM YOUR SAFE ARRIVAL WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE CHECK IN TIME. • Treat the place like it's your own and enjoy it as such as well. HAVE A GREAT STAY! • PLEASE remove your shoes in the flat. • Please WATER plants every 3-4 days or if it looks like they need it. • When going out for the day please turn the heat off or down to 18 degrees and turn off the lights. • NO PARTIES. To be clear I consider any gathering of over 8 people to be a party. In the event of a noise complaint from a neighbour, I reserve the right to keep 50% of your deposit and ask you to leave the flat immediately. To date, I have not asked any guest to end their stay early. In other words, noise after 2230sh will not be tolerated. • Please load and and turn on the dishwasher before you check out. • Please put all non recyclable waste in the bin and dispose of down the rubbish chute along the balcony and put any recycling in the large wheelie bins outside the building before you check out. Provided that you treat the flat with the same care as if it were your own, then we are happy for you to use all of the facilities and essentials within the flat.More
