This apartment is newly refurbished and located on the first floor of the building.
There is a lounge and kitchen area (with a double sofa-bed) and then a separate bedroom with a large double bed.
There is also a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Cots, High Chairs and Baby Baths are available at no extra cost.

Parking is available upon request as we have limited spaces, however public parking is only 50 yards away on Lonsdale Car Park.

Excellent accommodation, very clean and tidy and ideal location for the sea front. Would definatley recommend staying here.

This place is the best, clean,tidy and all the facilities you need in a apartment. Howard is a brilliant owner and always very accommodating and on hand. You can't go wrong staying here.. We will be back again and again our favourite place to stay...More

About the neighbourhood
Central Blackpool is where a lot of the action is from a nightlife point of view. Mainly comprising the town's guest houses, main transport links, large shopping area, and hundreds of bars, nightclubs and restaurants. Not to mention Blackpool Tower, Winter Gardens, the Grand Theatre, Sea Life, North and Central Pier and lots and lots of arcades. However, backing this mecca of entertainment is one of Blackpool's oldest residential areas. Although not much to look at and a bit rough and seedy in parts, a wander around the quiet back streets can be very revealing and interesting. Small link roads of the main road reveal the best fish and chip shops, lots of great cafes and little trinket shops.
