Unlike other large houses in Brighton no one sleeps in the lounge making your stay more enjoyable! There is a massive dining area that seats 24 and an outdoor area to chill out in the summer. Not suitable or bookable by Stag groups unless they are a mature stag party or people under the age of 21.

Giles was straight forward and easy to contact. On arrival Chris and the agent were helpful. The rooms are clean, comfortable and a good size. The location is central. We had a great time and I would highly recommend the house.

I hosted my brother's stag weekend here. We were a party of circa 18 guys, typically aged in our mid-30s, and the place was spot on. There are great communal spaces for hanging out, ample sleeping space with a nice mix of bedrooms, clean linen...More

How to get there
The house is a 10 minute walk from the main train station or a five minute bus ride or a £10 or 5 minute taxi ride. A car is not necessary although when you book I will email you with great places to park for about £6 a day or website addresses of people who 'rent' out their parking spaces. The house is one minutes walk from the town centre where you will find all the bars, clubs, attractions and shops. There are local supermarkets, butchers, cafe's and restaurants within two minutes walk of the house and the beach is a four minute walk away.
