This ground floor self catering apartment has been fitted to a very high standard and is a real home from home.

The apartment consists of a spacious open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area, a large master bedroom with super king size (6 feet wide) bed and en suite bathroom, a twin bedroom and a further luxury family bathroom.

The comfortable lounge area has seating for at least six people, a 32” LCD Freeview TV, DVD player and a Bluetooth wireless speaker. A flame effect wall fire creates a cosy atmosphere and an extra boost of heat in the cooler months.

Arrival - we will advise you a week before your stay of your arrival arrangements which will include details of where you can collect the keys. This allows you more flexibility as you do not have to arrive at a pre-arranged time. Whilst we will not be on hand in person during your stay, we are available AT ANY TIME via text, phone or email to answer any questions you might have about the apartment or the local area. Departure - we will leave instructions in the apartment about what to do with the keys upon departure.

We really enjoyed our stay at Burlington Mansions 50. The flat is very clean and well equipped (especially kitchen) and perfect for small children. We loved the short walk to the beach, so location is very nice as well!

Additional Rate and Availability Information
A non refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking, with the balance due six weeks before your stay. For bookings made at short notice, the booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of your full payment. Payment on arrival is not available.

A security deposit of £200 is required at the same time as the final balance is paid. This will be returned to you at the end of your stay after a satisfactory inspection of the apartment has been completed. For stays of more than two weeks, a higher security deposit may be chargeable - please ask the owner for further details.
