This ground floor self catering apartment has been fitted to a very high standard and is a real home from home. You can book with confidence as we accept credit and debit card payments. There are no additional booking fees - the price quoted is the price you pay.

The apartment consists of a spacious open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area, a large master bedroom with super king size (6 feet wide) bed and en suite bathroom, a twin bedroom and a further luxury family bathroom.

The comfortable lounge area has seating for at least six people, a 32” LCD Freeview TV, DVD player and a Bluetooth wireless speaker. A flame effect wall fire creates a cosy atmosphere and an extra boost of heat in the cooler months.

Arrival - we will advise you a week before your stay of your arrival arrangements which will include details of where you can collect the keys. This allows you more flexibility as you do not have to arrive at a pre-arranged time. Whilst we will not be on hand in person during your stay, we are available AT ANY TIME via text, phone or email to answer any questions you might have about the apartment or the local area. Departure - we will leave instructions in the apartment about what to do with the keys upon departure.

A wonderful well equipped apartment, with a very thoughtful owner. This is the first time we have stayed here and we have loved it. The owner has thought of everything to make the guests stay a comfortable one. Home from home! Thanks Julia! :)

Please also note that unlike other rentals, we pay the fee so you don’t have to which means there are no hidden additional fees or charges to be added on. This is the price you pay.

A non refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking, with the balance due six weeks before your stay. A reminder will be sent by email two weeks before the final balance is due. Bookings made eight weeks or less before the start of the rental should be paid for in full at the time of booking. For bookings made at short notice, the booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of an online bank transfer. Payment on arrival is not available.

We can accept credit and debit card payments, online bank transfer, cheques and Paypal. A security deposit of £150 is required at the same time as the final balance is paid.
