There are convenience stores, pubs and restaurants within walking distance of the property, some of them shoreline. Hengistbury Head beach is a south facing pebble beach benefitting from a wild, unspoilt environment and views separating Poole Bay and Christchurch Bay. This property is also nearby to nautical Christchurch and Mudeford offer beautiful stretches of beach alongside Mudeford Quay facilities which include a pub, café, beach shop and local fish stall. Alternatively a short drive will take you to Bournemouth Town Centre with traditional seaside attractions and high street shops, restaurants and a wide choice of family entertainment all year round. BY CAR - There is continuous motorway or dual carriageway from London and along the South Coast and the A34 provides good access from the Midlands. To travel to Bournemouth it takes approximately two and a half hours from London. From London head down to the M3, from the M25 onto the M27 and then the A31 followed by the A338. From Birmingham head to the M40 and then onto the M3, the M27 and then the A31 followed by the A338.
BY COACH - Coaches leave London regularly taking approx 4 hrs to arrive in Bournemouth. Coaches leave Birmingham regularly taking approx 6 hrs to arrive in Bournemouth. Visit National Express for coach times and ticket information.
BY TRAIN - South West Trains offer frequent services from London Waterloo into Bournemouth Station. Trains leave London around every half an hour taking approx two and a half hours to arrive in Bournemouth. Other train service providers offer many national services into the area. Trains leave Birmingham around every hour taking approx three and a half hours to arrive in Bournemouth.
BY PLANE - Many Airlines fly into Bournemouth International Airport and Southampton International Airport both nationally and internationally throughout Europe. Trains depart direct from Southampton Airport Parkway and travel time into Bournemouth Station is approximately 25 minutes.
BY FERRY - The continental ferry ports are easily accessible from the neighbouring port of Poole or nearby Southampton and Portsmouth.
