A leafy attractive suburb in Talbot Woods, with great walks and woodlands in the area. A prime residential location, with great amenities, and a Golf course just a quarter of a mile away at Meyrick Park.
A brilliant parade of shops in Winton just 5 mins walk from the house - Lidl, Boots, Waitrose etc & the big 4 banks, dry cleaners and launderettes etc.
Easy to enjoy Bournemouth's nightlife too - BIC, lge selection of restuarants and night clubs

Several Leisure clubs nearby including West Hants tennis club with squash, gym, swimming, kids creche etc - only a 2 minute walk.
Very easy and quick to get to Bournemouth town centre - only 5 mins drive.
