Apartment 24 is located in a brand new, purpose built development of studios and 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, sleeping up to 7 people. Boasting an excellent location with a five minute walk to the Blue Flag beaches or into Bournemouth’s vibrant town centre. Each individual apartment has been finished to a high specification, with an eye for detail, to ensure that your stay with us is as comfortable as possible. All of the apartment’s have new LCD T.Vs in the lounges and bedrooms, under floor heating, laptop safes, USB, full size kitchens with induction hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and utensils. Check in is from 1500hrs and due to the building been unmanned you are able to arrive at a time convenient to yourselves. An emergency contact number will be sent to you within the e-mail.

Very nice apartment in the west cliff area of bournemouth. Very clean and modern. I would recommend to anyone with family looking for a clean, modern, luxury holiday apartment in Bournemouth

The apartment is located in an enviable position on the West Side of Bournemouth within walking distance of local shops, restaurants and coffee shops. Bournemouth town centre is approximately a ten minute walk. The closest beach Durley Chine is under a ten minute walk, alternatively the pier and gardens are a ten-fifteen minute walk. Bus stops that serve all directions are a minutes walk from the apartment. Alternatively the apartment serves as a great base for exploring the wider area including Sandbanks, the Jurassic Coast and the wonderful New Forest. Bournemouth coach and train station is under a couple of miles, giving you the opportunity to visit London for the day.
