We have recently refurbished this beautiful Edwardian home and have four double bedrooms available for the most discerning guests. Bellavista was built in 1906 and thus named for its sweeping views over the Western side of Plymouth, the river Tamar, the river Lynher and the distant sea beyond the Sound. We have a second double bedroom that can be rented as an addition to this room and share the bathroom for a group of three people travelling together. please enquire by email for the total price.

About the neighbourhood
Bellavista is on the Western limit of the City in one of the highest and dominant positions commanding views over the city, the rivers Tamar and Lynher and the distant Plymouth Sound. It is essentially residential however there are a handful of shops and takeaway food solutions within a short walk. The famous Royal Albert Bridge built by Isambard Kingdom Brunel in 1859 is only a stroll away and connects trains from Devon to Cornwall over the River Tamar. As you cross on the pedestrian path you will have wonderful views of the estuary.
There is a regular bus service into the city , stopping at the train station and up to Derriford Hospital from the stop 50m from Bellavista on Victoria Road ( Victoria Rd tennis courts is the name of the stop).
