We are 10 minutes' walk away from Exeter's historic Quayside where you can hire bikes, pedaloes and canoes, browse in antique shops, take a boat ride or explore the wide variety of outdoor adventures available at Haven Banks activity centre. Interaction with guests
Guests are very welcome from 4pm & will find a key code box to gain access and make themselves at home. The owner lives onsite in the self contained, sound proofed basement flat. She is out early mornings until late evening but available on her mobile 24/7 to answer queries and is happy to pop back to the house if guests need her. She uses short term accommodation herself regularly and is very aware that guests are on holiday and that owners should neither be seen or heard unless needed.

About the neighbourhood
Exeter is an up and coming City, with a population of approx 119600. It has increased in popularity with the new shopping centre in Princesshay and the weekly farmers market. The Car boot sale on Sunday mornings at Exeter cattle market is very popular whilst Rougemont gardens often hold the vintage fair throughout the year. The Devon County Show is always a lovely day out for everyone.
If you are into music then Aeon Festival is a must go, held in Credition during August. Other music venues in town include The Lemongrove, Mama Stones and The Phoenix catering for all tastes.
Getting around
The house is walking distance to Exeter's vibrant Quayside and the City Centre.It is also on a frequent bus route.
Exeter St Davids Station is approx a 25 minute walk
Bicycles can be hired and delivered to the door for the duration of your stay.

From the M5 motorway you will have an 8 mile drive, 11 miles from Exeter International Airport,

We are on a frequent bus route.
