This beautiful cottage can be found right on the edge of Dartmoor, but still only 5 miles from the A38 and 8 miles from Exeter. The cottage is full of character, having origins in the 16th century and largely rebuilt in the early 20th century. This semi detached property is set within the small picture postcard village of Higher Ashton with its thatched cottages and village church.
Once parked (parking available for maximum of 3 vehicles), you can walk through the stable door into the sitting room with the beautiful wood-burning stove for those chillier Dartmoor nights.
